Overdraagbare 3 jarige garantie
-Terugkoop regeling gedurende 24 maanden. Wij garanderen dat we je JEM-luidspreker terugkopen voor ten minste 50% van je aankoopprijs, ongeacht of het een inruil is of niet. Het product moet wel in goede verkoopbare staat zijn natuurlijk.
-Technische ondersteuning bij installatieproblemen en om het maximale te halen uit je JEM luidsprekers.
JEM-luidsprekers zijn gemaakt met standaardmaat drivers en in het geval van de 7-serie met verwisselbare tweeterflens. Dit betekent dat een breed scala aan upgrades en modificaties mogelijk zijn. Bijvoorbeeld een toekomstige upgrade naar nieuwe drivers of nieuwe filterconfiguraties of -componenten. In sommige gevallen is een upgrade naar een zelfs compleet ander model mogelijk (zoals van A7t naar M7s Reference en van A4a naar M4a).

- Home demonstration. Free service up to 100 km from Zoetermeer. Above that € 0,50 per km;
- Troubleshooting support. I will assist you in case of technical difficulties and in making the most of your JEM loudspeakers. See also the troubleshooting page here
- Transferable 3 years warranty

- 2-year resale value policy*. We guarantee to buy back your JEM loudspeaker for at least 50% of your purchasing price, regardless if it is trade-in or not.
- JEM loudspeakers are made with standard size drivers and in case of the 7-series with interchangeable tweeter flange. That means a wide variety of upgrades/retrofitting are possible. Such as future upgrade to new drivers or new filter configurations or -components. In some cases upgrade to a even completely different model is possible (such as A7t to M7s Reference and A4a to M4a).
- Acoustic customization options. Such as bass level adjustment and adjustments to accommodate tube amplifiers. Some of those are free of charge
